Job Description

This is a warehouse/production facility job. Packaging, labeling and bagging coffee, preparing shipments Full Time, Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. Starting pay $18/hour. Benefits include PTO and health insurance.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Production Assistants must have a love and appreciation for working hard in a team environment as well as independently. The Production Assistant is focused on the assistance, support and contribution to the weekly flow of warehouse operations. The Production Assistant is responsible for fulfilling wholesale and online orders, performing warehouse cleaning tasks and adhering to food safety standards while handling coffee.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the production of roasted coffee including but not limited to: prepare retail packaging, package retail and bulk coffee, prepare coffee for shipment and for direct delivery Package orders based off of provided invoices and shipping labels Thoroughly clean and sanitize food contact surfaces according to cleaning protocols Assist in the management and maintenance of inventories of all that is needed to fulfill coffee orders Help maintain a clean and organized production/order fulfillment area at all times Assist with cold brew production, packaging, and brewery cleaning tasks as assigned by GM Drive company van for local deliveries and pickups Other duties as assigned
