We're hiring a General Manager to own day-to-day operations so the beer, the taproom, and the team all run tight. What you'll do Run daily operations of the brewery and taproom — the buck stops with you Hire, train, schedule, and lead front-of-house staff Own the operating numbers: labor, costs, margins, and inventory across beer, merch, and supplies Set and hold service standards; run release days, events, and private bookings Coordinate with the production team on release calendars and taproom/distribution inventory Keep us compliant: PLCB, health department, and safety standards Report directly to ownership with clean, honest numbers What we're looking for 3+ years managing in a brewery, taproom, restaurant, or hospitality operation Real P&L experience — you've owned a budget, not just watched one A leader people want to work for: direct, fair, organized Evening and weekend availability — this role works when the taproom does RAMP certification a plus, or willing to obtain You care about craft beer and can talk about ours credibly Pay & perks $50,000-$60,000/year depending on experience, full-time exempt Paid time off Run the whole show at a top-rated PA brewery on a growth trajectory — real autonomy, direct line to ownership
