We have a retail taproom in Mount Bethel and are distributed in multiple states throughout the region. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused associate to serve our customers and represent the Hardball Cider brand at various festivals and events throughout Pennsylvania.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Passionate about the beverage industry and have a general knowledge about the craft cider industry Must be available both Saturday and Sundays in mid September through October, and ideally Fridays in October as well. Energetic, self-motivated and customer service focused Experienced in customer service in a tasting room, bar or quick service environment and possess an understanding of a retail sales environment Sharp, responsible, and accountable RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) certified prior to applying for this position, but if not- willing to take the two hour online program (paid for by employer.) Able to stand for an 8-12 hour shift Able to lift up to 30lbs on occasion (case of cider.) Understand the importance of his/her role in representing a company's brand A high school graduate or GED equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Following and executing the festival layout of cans and merchandise Operating an electronic POS system and making change for sales transactions Pouring pints of cider from a portable draft system Restocking inventory and assisting with daily inventory counts Being an ambassador of the Hardball Cider story and brand

LOCATION OF JOB

Klingel's Farms 415 Rte 115 Saylorsburg, PA 18353 Compensation starts at $100 / day plus earned tips. For the successful candidate, opportunities exist for additional festivals in November and December, and even next year starting in April if interested.
