•IMMEDIATE OPENING Clinton, Tennessee Full-Time | Leadership Role Build Something Special From the Ground Up Gather on Market is a full-scale destination combining a brewery, full bar, and restaurant designed to bring energy, creativity, and community to downtown Clinton, TN. We are seeking a Head Brewer who is looking for more than a job—someone who wants autonomy, creative freedom, and the opportunity to build a program that stands out. This is an opportunity to lead a 7 BBL steam-heated brewhouse, develop a compelling beer portfolio, and help define the identity of a new concept from day one. ⸻ What You'll Do Lead all aspects of brewing operations from grain to glass, including recipe development, production, cellaring, and packaging Design and execute a diverse, high-quality beer program (lagers, IPAs, seasonal, and experimental offerings) Maintain and elevate beer quality and consistency across all styles Manage brewing schedules, raw material procurement, and inventory Establish and refine SOPs, quality control processes, and sanitation standards Collaborate with ownership and culinary/bar teams on pairings, features, and special releases Hire, train, and lead the brewing team as the program grows Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and attention to detail ⸻ What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Head Brewer or Lead Brewer in a production or brewpub environment Strong understanding of brewing science, water chemistry, and hop utilization Ability to produce both clean, technically sound styles and expressive, modern beers Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment ⸻ Why This Role is Different Opportunity to build the beer program from the ground up Integration with a full kitchen and bar program Leadership role with growth potential as the brand expands 7 BBL steam brewhouse designed for quality and efficiency Ability to make a lasting impact on a new flagship concept in Clinton ⸻ Compensation & Perks Competitive salary based on experience Performance incentives tied to program success Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and industry involvement ⸻ The Bottom Line We are looking for someone who takes pride in every pint, understands what drives repeat customers, and wants to build a beer program that stands out in a competitive market.
