Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented person to help make and blend beverage products. You will work with raw ingredients to create specific recipes following a set plan. This role is perfect for someone with experience in food or beverage manufacturing who enjoys hands-on work. Responsibilities Mix and blend raw ingredients like tea leaves and herbs by following recipe sheets Use production machines such as mixers, kettles, and filtration units Add flavors to products accurately to make sure every batch tastes the same Help with packaging tasks like filling, sealing, and labeling containers Record important information like weights and lot numbers on production forms Keep the work area clean and follow food safety rules Perform quick quality checks on products during the making process Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience in food, beverage, or similar manufacturing Ability to read and fill out production logs and records accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication skills in English Must live within 20 miles of the Rhome area Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Work Environment Stand and work on your feet for the full shift Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Work in a fast-paced, clean manufacturing facility Wear proper work attire including closed-toe shoes and jeans Benefits Benefits may be available depending on assignment.
