We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our Maker's Studio production team on 1st shift. The successful candidate will help operate and support production lines from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, food safety, and consistent quality. Position Responsibilities Assist in sweet goods production from start to finish, including cakes, cake squares, and other specialty items, to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality. Cross-train and rotate through mixing, cutting, icing, decorating, touch-up, inspection, and packaging processes. Replenish supplies and maintain materials needed to prevent workflow disruptions. Inspect finished products to verify temperature, consistency, appearance, and packaging standards are met. Complete required food safety logs and documentation accurately and on time. Maintain a clean and organized production environment to support food safety and operational efficiency. Follow all company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Promote a culture of safety by maintaining awareness and preventing workplace incidents. Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math and reading comprehension skills to follow recipes, specifications, and production instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Prior food production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Physical & Work Requirements Constant standing and twisting during scheduled shifts. Frequent climbing of up to three flights of stairs multiple times per shift. Frequent walking throughout the production area. Occasional reaching and pushing/pulling under 10 lbs. Rare lifting up to 50 lbs. Indoor production environment with moderate warehouse noise levels. Compliance with food safety, PPE, and GMP requirements at all times. Schedule Monday through Thursday, 5:00AM - 3:30PM (two 15-minute paid breaks plus 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
