JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the day to day food and beverage operations as they relate to the casino. Manages the staff, products and services, and financial results through consistent training and development of the team. Provides leadership to supervise and motivate a wide range of food and beverage personnel. Ensures excellent guest service while establishing safe alcohol service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIE S
include the following: Other duties may be assigned: Overall responsibility for the day to day food & beverage operation throughout the property. Responsible for the daily training and development of all staff. Enforce systems and methods of controls for service and departmental policies and procedures. Ensures performance and completion of tasks by the team. Ensures compliance with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government rules and regulations. Promotes positive public and employee relations. Ensure daily communication of events occurs with all food and beverage team members. Ensures compliance with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations. Ensures proper level and quality of guest service Assigns and ensures daily sanitation in all food and beverage operation and other support services. Ensures proper safety training of all staff. Implements and educates on company policies and procedures. Attends community affair events. Coyote Valley Casino is a twenty-four hour business that never closes. Team Members are expected to work holidays and weekends. Completes competitive market analysis. Attends periodic meetings and training sessions. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
College degree, Hotel Management School or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong communication, supervisory and organizational skills are required. Must have 2 years of experience in F&B. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a cheerful and friendly personality and a well groomed appearance at all times. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in English; both written and orally.
Reasoning Ability:
Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees. Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The employee is also required to be on his/her feet for long periods of time. The employee is also required to bend and reach with hands and arms. Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds of force is required. An employee must also possess the ability to climb, kneel, stoop, grasp, and feel as part of their daily activities.
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud. When on the casino floor, the noise levels increase to loud. Must be able to work in an intense environment where a high degree of concentration is necessary to perform the required job duties. The work environment is not smoke free

1. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license. 2.
