In this role you'll proviide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the gift shop team members as it strives to provide the highest quality in exceptional guest service standards in meeting, greeting and selling gift shop products to the public. In this role you'll manage gift shop operations to maximize revenue opportunity through merchandising and selling products that meet the needs of onsite guests, tourists, team members and community members. This position is under the supervision of the Express Store Manager. Supervises the daily operation of gift shop; meets, greets and assists public in selecting gifts and other merchandise; supervises staff also engaged in service to the public, selling and assisting buyers. Must be available for guest problem resolution or handling complaints when required. High school diploma or GED plus three (3) years of retail experience required. One (1) year in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred. Requires a valid driver's license. Two (2) years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
