Job Description
As a Cage Supervisor, you will work closely with your Shift Manager(s) and fellow teammates to drive operational excellence and build a culture of providing the Legendary Service our brand is known for. You will leverage your expertise to identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions as a team. Through continuous leadership, occupational training and utilizing your ability to collaborate with cross-department stakeholders you will accomplish a rewarding career at the Horseshoe. This is a position that provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the properties various departments and operations, producing a customer experience that continuously gives us an edge over our market competition. Review and address breakdowns in customer service Mentor and lead Team Members to realize their full potential Maintain a strong working knowledge of regulations and policies governing the operation to ensure compliance by Team Members. Other duties as assigned. Must be 21 years of age or older Proficient in English verbal and written 1-2 years' experience in leadership roles with some experience with the mechanics of cash handling, balancing, and front facing customer service. Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission, if applicable. Access to the vessel is required.
