Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned. Must be able to deal poker. Must have experience or be a graduate of a certified dealing school. Able to comprehend policies and procedures and carry them out as set forth in the Internal Controls and manuals. Provide excellent customer service with a smile. Continued training sessions required. include the following. Must have a good, sound knowledge of table procedures. Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps. (i.e. dinners, concerts and entertainment) Must have a knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities. Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations. Must have excellent leadership skills to supervise poker dealers. Directly supervises employees in the Poker Room. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Compensation:
