Job DescriptionSupervise Slot department personnel during assigned shift. Ensure the security and accountability of slot funds. Review and evaluate personnel and ensure all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations. Supervise, instruct, and evaluate slot service personnel in the proper performance of job duties. Respond to and resolve customer disputes / complaints. Accurately complete written department forms and records detailing payment of jackpots, cash coin transactions, machine malfunctions, etc. in a timely manner. Prepare and implement work schedule in response to business demands. Maintain secure key controls at all times.

Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly, courteous rapport with customers and employees. Effectively communicate by two-way radio.

Other duties as assigned QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in gaming, with a concentration in slots, preferred.

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Performance of this job will take place in both an office setting as well as the casino floor. Jobholder will be exposed to certain casino-related environmental factors including but not limited to noise, second-hand smoke, and varied degrees of lighting. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
