Job DescriptionThe Floor Supervisor will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.
Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are metWork with operations to ensure success of team and operationsManage projects and deadlinesManage, supervise, coach and motivate teamTime and attendance maintenance of employeesHandle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary casesQualifications1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in related fieldExperience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not requiredTechnically proficientHigh level of organizationAbility to work flexible hours
