Slot Performance Supervisor Caesars Entertainment - 3.6 St. Louis, MO Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Management Team supervision Casino staff supervision High school diploma or GED Casino fraud prevention Electrical layout diagram interpretation Casino compliance and regulation Full Job Description Provide direct and general supervision to slot technical staff in order to ensure the effective and efficient operation and placement of electronic gaming devices; ensure compliance with gaming regulations while supporting company vision, mission and values. 1. Responsible for interpreting and enforcing company and departmental policies to the slot technical staff. 2. Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop, monitor and lead subordinate personnel in such a manner to maintain a positive employee relations culture. Recommend wage increases, promotions, demotions, evaluation ratings, transfers, suspensions, discipline and other employment actions for subordinate personnel. 3. Maintain, through supervision and direct observation, a continuous awareness of all gaming devices and gaming areas. Respond appropriately to any deficiencies or technical service needs. 4. Ensure slot technical staff is trained on and complies with internal control procedures as they apply to machine removal, installation, maintenance and key control. 5. Assists the Slot Performance Manager in preparing operating budgets, monitoring budgetary compliance and taking action on budget variance items. 6. Continually assess technological advances, both internal and external, to the business environment for opportunities that will enhance the guest experience. 7. Ensure adequate inventory of all necessary parts and tool inventories. 8. Promote a safe and secure working environment. 9. Directs routine and preventative maintenance, cleaning and inspection of video, electronic gaming devices, electronic boards and the on-line electronic gaming device system. 10. Ensure timely installation and repair of slot machines in coordination with slot repair operations; coordinate and implement slot machine placement changes or slot floor moves. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license. High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Sound Technical understanding of game manuals, policies, procedures, and demonstrated ability to coordinate or supervise the work of others. Demonstrated Slot technical and supervisory experience. Demonstrated knowledge of policies and procedures as well as knowledge of and ability to identify various cheating techniques. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret slot floor plans and wiring diagrams. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through a high school education or related field and at least 2 years of progressive experience and responsibility in gaming operations with at least 1 year experience supervising a slot technical staff, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
