The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to guests through daily interaction on the guest floor. Additionally, the Table Games Supervisor is responsible for assisting management with documenting observations and providing suggestions in all areas to improve the overall business. Though the Table Games Supervisor's primary focus is the activity within the Table Games area, the supervisor may assist with casino promotions & player tracking. The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for notifying surveillance and the Casino Shift Manager of any suspicious activity.
