Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist Supervisor with reservations and seating set up
• Manage and coordinate seating areas, including setup and cleanup
• Handle conflicts or issues that may arise with guests in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach and seating area
• Take food and beverage orders with speed and accuracy
• Deliver accurate checks and procure payment in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift and safely carry chairs/objects 50 pounds consistently.
• Weekends are a must. Closing shift ends at sundown. No nights.
• This involves outdoor exposure to the weather/sun position at all times.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding job while enjoying working in the sunshine!
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work in the heat of summer and weather exposure on the beach during the entire shift
