Pay Range:

$16.50 to $18.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Part-Time Seasonal & Part-Time Year-Round Positions Available General Purpose:

Assists in administering daily operations including, but not limited to: managing pace of play, tee sheet applications, starter, guest relations. Essential Duties Manage Pace of Play and organization of daily play Ensures players are adhering to guidelines set by the Starter Maintain and restock comfort stations on the courses Keep course markings (stakes and signs) neat and orderly Enforce dress code rules Confirm tee sheet accuracy Helps tournament set up and coordination Enforce ThorGuard rules Provide oncourse service to members by finding lost clubs, replace dying carts and other related service Encourage golfers to use proper "care for the course" etiquette Assists with associate training Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Demands:

Regularly stands, walks and sits. Occasionally climbs or balances; stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Frequently uses hands; reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds

Environment/Noise:

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates are required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English)
