Job Description

This is a tipped based position. We are also offering a $1000.00 dollar sign-on Bonus!

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Bingo Floor Walker/Cashier/Caller will act as the seller of Bingo cards and handsets, the verifiers of the Bingo games and payouts, and caller of the objects used in the manner of the Bingo session. Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Sac & Fox Gaming Policies, TICS, and Compact. Maintain excellent customer service for all guests and resolve any customer disputes in a professional manner.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for receiving and maintaining their bank for the entirety of the session. 2. Responsible for having their forms printed and or/signed at the close of each session. 3. Responsible for verification and payouts of winning's Bingo's and printing copies of winning Hand set faces for patrons signage. 4. Responsible for bill/coin exchanges with Paymaster. 5. Responsible for assisting in the transport of paperwork and funds for jackpots paid out in Bingo. 6. Will assist in all preparation and cleanup of the Bingo area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma

I G.E.D EXPERIENCE

Cash handling experience Customer services skills

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY/SKILLS

Ability to interact in a positive manner with the public. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to work under conditions that can be stressful Sac & Fox Casino Bingo Floor Walker/Cashier/Caller

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

 Must be 18 at time of hire.  All employees must successfully pass a background investigation to be employed by the Casino.  Responsible for Compliance with the Casino's Internal Control Policy & Procedure as it relates to the position's stated job description.
