CASINO TECH POSITION
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Casino Tech to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of our video poker and gaming equipment. In this role, you will ensure maximum machine uptime, strict adherence to state gaming regulations, and a seamless gaming experience for our travel plaza patrons. Key Responsibilities
    Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure all gaming equipment complies with state Gaming Control Board regulations, including proper seal management, RAM clears, board configuration, and software verification.
      Player & Operations Support:
      Assist store and customers with hand pays, ticket jams, and technical disputes quickly and professionally.
        Inventory & Record Keeping:
        Maintain accurate logs of machine maintenance, service calls, products, and spare parts inventory.
          Security & Auditing:
          Work closely with site management and gaming agents during routine audits, machine installs, moves, or conversions.
            Bar Sales:
            Will be responsible for handling any transactions in the bar area of the Casino. Qualifications & Skills
            • High school diploma or equivalent
            • 1-3+ years of experience working in a Casino.
            • Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain and maintain a valid State Gaming License/Permit (requires a background check).
            • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, maneuver heavy equipment, and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
            • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of integrity regarding secure cash-handling areas. Perks & Benefits
