Level 0•No Driver's License required.
Rate of Pay:
$21.34•24.01 per hour No Driver's License is required. A year of gaming experience is desired. Knowledge or experience in electrical, mechanical, or slot machine-related fields is desired. Basic computer skills required. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required. Ability to work independently and establish priorities is required. Attention to detail and accuracy is required. Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved. Subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Fond du Lac Reservation's Personnel Policies. Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks. This position requires working in a smoking environment. Operations are conducted seven days a week and on holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT
Prolonged standing, and walking. Bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, twisting and turning, Frequent lifting of up to 75 lbs. Lifting of up to 1000 lbs. with the aid of hydraulic lifts or a dolly. Subject to inside environmental conditions, including work in a smoking environment. Responsible for maintaining, fixing, cleaning, and making sure all our games and ATMs are operating properly. Responsible for setting up new slot machines and making sure all settings are correctly installed. Bill tests the new machines, to ensure that our bill accepters are working correctly before allowing our guest to play with the machines. Must be able to work as a team when slot machines are needed to be pulled off the floor or placed on the floor. Must understand Title 31 and complete training and test out on the training once a year to remain compliant with our bank Secrecy Act (Tile 31). Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems. Must be able to work independently or in a group, working on projects. Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers. Represents the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the department in a positive and professional manner in the community. Required to maintain proper attendance including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.
