Play Floor Team Member (Part-Time) The Cub House Play Cafe is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking team member to join our growing team! This role is centered around creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for families while helping ensure our play space runs smoothly each day. This is a very hands-on position and includes frequent cleaning, sanitizing, and facility upkeep throughout every shift.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests Monitor and maintain play areas Clean and sanitize toys, play equipment, tables, and common areas throughout the day Perform daily cleaning tasks and closing procedures Assist with opening and closing duties Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility Provide excellent customer service to families Assist with light café duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Friendly and outgoing personality Dependable and punctual Comfortable working around young children and families Self-motivated and able to stay productive during slower periods Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available to work at least one weekend per month

Position Details:

Part-time (10-25 hours per week) Primarily weekday and weekend play floor shifts Starting at $12/hour The Cub House Play Cafe is a family-focused indoor play space designed for children ages 6 and under. We're looking for team members who take pride in creating a welcoming environment and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help keep our facility looking its best.
