Job Description

Floor Attendant Rosie's Pasta Bar and Catering College Station, TX Job Details Part-time $12 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Moving Bussing Table clearing and resetting POS systems Full Job Description Floor AttendantJoin the Team at Rosie's Pasta Bar At Rosie's, we're building more than another restaurant. We're building a team that believes serving people should be enjoyable, meaningful, and done with excellence. If you enjoy helping others, take pride in keeping things clean and organized, and believe great hospitality extends far beyond delivering food, we'd love to meet you. Our Purpose To make world-class pasta and sandwiches as easy, casual, and fun as a cup of coffee. Everything we do supports this purpose. Every interaction. Every meal. Every guest. Our Values Our Values describe how we carry ourselves while performing our jobs to achieve our Purpose. Hard Work Don't Hurt We stay busy, move with urgency, and never believe we're above any task. Right Over Wrong We choose integrity over convenience. We do what's right, even when it's difficult. You Before Me We choose to serve before being served. We put our guests first, support our teammates without hesitation, and look for opportunities to make someone else's day better before thinking about ourselves. Giving is Fun Serving others is a privilege. Whether helping a guest, encouraging a teammate, or simply making someone's day a little better, we believe giving is one of life's greatest rewards. Position Summary Floor Attendants continue to nurture the guest's experience after the order is placed. By applying our Values while pursuing our Purpose, Floor Attendants take ownership of the dining room and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable environment. From delivering food and assisting guests to maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant, Floor Attendants help create an experience guests look forward to returning to. Primary Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests. Deliver alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policy and applicable laws (must be at least 18 years old to handle alcohol). Engage guests throughout their visit and respond promptly to their needs. Maintain clean, sanitized, and inviting dining areas at all times. Bus and clean guest tables promptly. Clean and maintain floors, beverage stations, condiment stations, service areas, restrooms, and other guest-facing areas. Empty trash receptacles and maintain overall cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Stock and restock guest supplies, dining room wares, beverage stations, and service stations. Perform duties associated with assigned Floor Attendant stations and daily cleaning responsibilities. Communicate guest feedback, concerns, maintenance issues, and operational observations to management. Assist teammates wherever needed to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly. Uphold Rosie's standards for hospitality, cleanliness, professionalism, and teamwork. What We're Looking For We're less interested in restaurant experience than we are in character.
We look for people who:
Enjoy serving others. Take pride in cleanliness and organization. Notice details that others overlook. Show initiative and stay productive without constant supervision. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Remain positive under pressure. Treat guests and teammates with respect. Take ownership of their work and their surroundings. Previous restaurant experience is appreciated but not required. We are happy to teach the skills—we're looking for people who already possess the attitude and character that align with our Purpose and Values. What We Offer Competitive pay plus tip sharing. Flexible scheduling. Employee meal discounts. Opportunities for growth and advancement. A positive, respectful team culture. Training and ongoing development. The opportunity to be part of a restaurant committed to serving food—and people—the right way. We're not looking for perfect people. We're looking for people who believe that hard work, integrity, and serving others still matter. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
