Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm and welcoming Host to join our team at R Bistro. As a Host you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. - Greet guests upon arrival and seat them according to their preference.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records Including using opentable.
- Assist servers and bussers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- process transactions and manage orders.
- Provide exceptional guest services, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Help with hosting and expediting, ensuring timely service to guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve excellent food service.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, including adhering to dress code and maintaining a positive attitude.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a busy environment.
- Basic knowledge of food service and hospitality principles.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
