Manage dining reservations and provide accurate information regarding availability and wait times. Escort and direct guests to their tables while accommodating seating preferences whenever possible. Attend daily menu classes to remain knowledgeable about current menu offerings. Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, properly set, and ready for guests.
