Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest relations and ensuring a positive first impression Assist with food preparation, presentation, and setup for catering events or dining areas Serve food and beverages efficiently at events, banquets, or in restaurant settings while maintaining high standards of hospitality Manage beverage service including wine knowledge, drink presentation, and handling POS (Point of Sale) systems for orders and payments Bus tables promptly and maintain cleanliness in dining and catering areas to uphold food safety standards Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and proper food handling procedures Support event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, serving stations, and assisting with catering logistics Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally throughout their experience Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly preferred Culinary experience or background in fine dining environments is a plus Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and proper sanitation practices Experience with banquet service, catering operations, or event hosting is advantageous Ability to perform basic math for order processing and cash handling accurately Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional hospitality!
