As a Host/Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is an important role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding the hotel, restaurant, or other hospitality services
• Use excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and address their needs
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, events, and offerings to provide accurate information to guests
• Assist with managing guest reservations and seating arrangements
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the greeter station and surrounding areas
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional guest service
• Handle guest inquiries
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests

Skills:

• Previous experience in a customer service or guest services role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle phone inquiries professionally
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
