We help people understand their credit reports, dispute errors, and rebuild their financial footing. Most clients come to us frustrated and a little embarrassed, and a big part of our job is making this stuff feel less intimidating. We're building out our social media channels and looking for a bilingual on-camera host to deliver that content. What You'll Do One filming day per week at our Bakersfield office.

On that day we shoot:

2 YouTube videos, roughly 5-15 minutes each 5 short-form reels 2 trending-audio reels B-roll, quick shots we cut into everything else All of the long-form and dedicated reels are scripted and read from a teleprompter. You won't be writing scripts, editing footage, or posting anything we have our dedicated team for that. Your remaining hours each week go toward: Researching trending audio and formats worth using Responding to comments and DMs across our channels Supporting our Community Manager with day-to-day social tasks What We're Looking For Fluent in Punjabi and English, comfortable delivering on camera in both Comfortable reading from a teleprompter, or willing to learn — we'll train you Energy that holds up through a full filming day A warm, approachable delivery. Our audience is often self-conscious about their credit, so tone matters more than being polished Reliable. It's the same day every week and the schedule depends on you being there Open to direction on scripts and delivery Nice to Have On-camera experience of any kind — broadcast, theater, UGC, hosting, church, school Familiarity with what's working on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Interest in personal finance or credit Schedule and Pay Part-time, roughly 12-15 hours per week $17.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience One fixed filming day per week, remaining hours flexible In person at our Bakersfield office To Apply Tell us about any on-camera experience you have and include a link if you've got one.
