Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Runner. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you. ###Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist with taking food and drink orders
- Provide menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and events ###
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette
