Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the seating process efficiently, wait times, and table availability. Maintain clean and organize, ensure menus, waitlists, and other materials are readily available. Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables efficiently while being attentive to guest needs and timing. Maintain a clean and tidy dining area throughout service hours by ensuring floors are free of debris. Work with servers, to ensure a smooth flow of service. Serve drinks and refills for customers.

Keep server stations and bussing stations well-stocked with clean glassware, utensils, and other necessary supplies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service abilities with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work weekends , as required by the restaurant's schedule. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
