Adhere to departmental policies and procedures Effectively communicate with peers, management, line and front of the house employees Be responsible for the cleanliness of the immediate work area as well as the general property and perimeter Subscribe to proper grooming, dress and uniform standards as set forth by Company policy Be courteous to all guests and coworkers Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately Qualifications Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational individual Must be able to speak, comprehend, and read English Must have strong communication skills Ability to implement and uphold service standards Ability to interact with all associates and guests of the resort Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time

Experience, Education, & Licensure:

High School diploma preferred Food Handler's Card needed Hospitality experience preferred

Compensation Base Pay Start Rate:

$19.19/Hr.
