• Duties
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
• Assist guests with any inquiries and ensure their needs are met promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must be proficient in Open Table reservations platform
