DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets customers when they enter the pub and seats them at tablesClears and cleans tables and wipes seats as customers leaveCompletes side work before and after shift, or when requestedBrings bus tubs and blue glass racks to their proper places when fullActs in a friendly and sincere manner with customersMaintains contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that details are handled properly and customers concerns and requests are addressedOther duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years of ageMust be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Bilingual skills a plusPassion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, and a positive outlookProfessional appearance and demeanorMust be available to work days/nights, weekends and holidays required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Stand and walk for long periods of timeUse fingers and hands to handle objects; talk and hear; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, bend, twist and crouch.

The employee must occasionally lift, carry, and/or move up to 60 pounds. Use of arms above or below the shoulder is sometimes required.
