The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons at our venue. As a door host, you will be responsible for hosting guests of our establishment, enforcing rules and regulations, checking IDs, managing crowd behavior, and ensuring the overall safety of guests and staff. Duties Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals gain access to the venue. Manage crowd control during peak hours to prevent overcrowding and ensure guest safety. Respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to handle serious incidents or emergencies. Provide first aid and CPR assistance in case of medical emergencies. Utilize surveillance systems, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the venue and identify potential issues before they escalate. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage within the establishment. Experience Previous , or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
