Job Description

Job Overview Shakers Restaurant is seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess for our team. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel welcomed. Manage the seating chart and assign tables based on guest preferences and availability. Manage and pack to-go and Door Dash orders. Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods, communicating wait times clearly to guests. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Assist in maintaining cleanliness.
