Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. In this vital role, you will create a positive first impression for our guests by managing reservations, greeting patrons, and coordinating seating arrangements. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure smooth operations and memorable guest experiences from the moment they walk through our doors. Duties Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, setting a lively and inviting tone for their visit Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using our table management system Resy Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction Answer incoming phone calls for take out orders, providing reliable information on menu items Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and accommodate large parties or private dining reservations Support the team by ensuring cleanliness and readiness of the host station and dining room areas Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Good customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and etiquette Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization Basic math skills Experience with POS systems like
