Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage their seating preferences with enthusiasm and professionalism Handle restaurant reservation management using popular table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain an organized waiting list and efficiently communicate wait times to guests via phone or in person Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, providing information about reservations, wait times, and restaurant hours Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction Support food safety standards by maintaining cleanliness in the host station and adhering to hygiene protocols Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Experience with restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Basic math skills for handling reservations, waitlist calculations, and POS transactions Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables and guest requests efficiently Knowledge of restaurant table management systems and POS systems including POS terminals like Micros or Aloha POS Ability to demonstrate hospitality-focused customer service, guest relations, and phone etiquette Familiarity with food safety practices and restaurant operations is desirable Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional guest services! Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
