In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all to-go orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a background in food service or hospitality, showcasing strong communication skills and a passion for guest relations. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their to-go orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Accurately input orders into the POS system. Prepare and package food items for takeout, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and specials while practicing excellent phone etiquette. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in training new staff members on proper procedures for handling to-go orders and guest services. Requirements Previous experience as a host/to go or in food service is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS orToast, is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
