DANDELION RESTAURANT

is seeking an experienced, charismatic Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Manage reservation logistics, including coordinating, adjusting, and confirming reservations and large parties Welcome and seat guests throughout dining and lounge areas Manage walk-in guests and maintain smooth guest flow Provide exceptional guest service and assistance Help maintain the overall flow and atmosphere of the restaurant Assist the management team with various projects and daily operations

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, casual dining environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Warm, professional, and positive demeanor Evening and weekend availability required OpenTable experience is a plus This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and opportunities for growth and career development within Greenwich Hospitality Group and the Connecticut hospitality community.
