Catherine Rooney's & Trolley Tap House now hiring energetic hosts to greet & seat our customers. This is a part-time evening & weekend host position...must be able to work late afternoon/evening &/or daytime weekend hours (we offer flexible week to week scheduling). Perfect job for students & those seeking a second place of employment! Prior restaurant experience not required, but you must be 16 years of age or older to apply host/hostess position. Must be able to work a minimum of 3-4 shifts per week. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manage waitlist and reservations to optimize seating capacity.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance areas.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Utilize Toast POS systems to handle guest check-ins and manage seating assignments. Qualifications
