The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional guest service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure every guest enjoys a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating. Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized host stand. Communicate effectively with servers and management. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
