Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly upon arrival, offering friendly assistance and directions to enhance their experience Provide detailed information about current exhibitions, artworks, and gallery programs to guests of all backgrounds Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and clarity, utilizing excellent phone etiquette Assist with visitor flow management during busy periods to ensure safety and comfort for all attendees Support event setup, including coordinating with team members for special exhibitions or educational programs Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Collaborate with team members to uphold gallery policies, emergency procedures, and safety standards Skills Strong background in hospitality management or customer service within cultural or arts environments Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse visitors from around the world Experience using hospitality reservation systems or property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Excellent front desk skills including check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations management Knowledge of hotel management principles, including guest services, night audit procedures, and emergency protocols Proficiency in handling phone communication professionally while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude This role is ideal for individuals passionate about arts and culture who thrive in lively environments where exceptional guest interactions are at the forefront.
