Responsibilities:

• Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
• Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to guests
• Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments as needed
• Removing dirty dishes and silverware from tables
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a busser in a restaurant or hotel is preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and guests
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of food service regulations and safety standards
