This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can provide excellent service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Manage the host stand and seat guests Answer phone calls and assist with customer questions Take and process takeout and online orders Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit card payments accurately Package and organize takeout orders Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are accurate and ready on time Keep the front counter, lobby, and host area clean and organized Assist customers with menu questions Help maintain a positive and professional restaurant environment Perform other front-of-house duties as needed Qualifications Friendly and professional attitude Good communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Able to multitask and stay organized Basic computer/POS skills Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes customer service seriously and understands the importance of quality, service, cleanliness, and teamwork . Both part-time and full-time availability may be considered.
