Dining Room Host/Hostess:

At Chick-fil-A Larry Mulkey Memorial Rd, the role of the Host/Hostess is pivotal in providing our guests with the very best dining experience! Our Dining Room Host/Hostesses are the face of Chick-fil-A as they interact with all guests on a personal level. We strive to make our guests feel welcome by delivering a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant. •Please note this position requires availability between the hours of 6am-3pm•

Responsibilities Include:

Understand and Provide Second Mile Service to every guest. Greet each guest with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Maintain consistent attention to the cleanliness of the store, including the exterior and restrooms. Respond appropriately to guest concerns and communicate with teammates to ensure a guest's positive experience. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters and trays as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment. Deliver meals to dine-in guests and assist with handing out mobile orders. Refresh beverages. Restock the condiment counter to ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal. Sweep and mop the dining room as needed. Perform frequent restroom checks to ensure cleanliness. Be responsible to fill your shift if you are not able to work. Ensure your appearance is in compliance with the Team Member Handbook and Food Safety Guidelines. Be a team player. Uphold all Pathway procedures and restaurant policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a source of reliable transportation Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required Works in fast paced environment Mobility required during shifts Must work well under pressure Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Able to multi-task Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 5-20 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
