Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations efficiently using

application, ensuring accurate seating arrangements Escort guests to their tables, offering menus and answering initial questions about the menu or specials Maintain waitlists during busy hours, communicating estimated wait times clearly and politely Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to optimize table turnover and guest flow Handle guest inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and reservations as needed Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality Skills Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service roles within a restaurant setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members Previous restaurant experience, including knowledge of guest relations and serving procedures, is highly desirable Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure Professional phone etiquette skills for taking reservations and addressing guest inquiries confidently Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by welcoming every guest with enthusiasm and care.
