Job Description

Ability United, an HCBS provider with offices in Ankeny, Iowa and Carroll, Iowa is searching for a Host Home Coordinator to provide support to about 40 host home clients located in the central part of Iowa. Duties include monthly site visits, credentialling new host homes, quality assurance related to member files, providers personnel files, etc. Frequent travel required, weekends, after-hours availability necessary and on-call rotation. Full-time job-salaried position. Self motivated and ability to work independently with limited supervision required.
