Guest Experience Attendant (Part-Time) Mrs. Fox's Teahouse -

Kimberly, ID Pay:

$10.00 per hour , with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance, reliability, and experience. Do you love creating memorable experiences for others? Mrs. Fox's Teahouse is looking for a warm, friendly, and dependable team member to help provide exceptional service to our guests in a beautiful afternoon tea setting. As a Guest Experience Attendant, you will be one of the first faces our guests see. We're looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival. Escort guests to their tables and ensure they feel comfortable. Serve water, tea, and other beverages promptly. Clear tables efficiently throughout service. Reset and prepare tables to our high standards for the next guests. Become knowledgeable about our tea selection and menu to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations. Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup as needed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting teahouse. Work closely with the team to provide an outstanding guest experience. Qualifications Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn about specialty teas and afternoon tea service. Dependable, punctual, and a team player. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person. What We Offer Starting pay of $10.00 per hour .
