We are currently seeking a skilled Expeditor to ensure timely presentation and delivery of dishes, while upholding and enhancing our exceptional customer service standards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with servers and line cooks, adhering to established health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating speed, efficiency, and strong organizational skills to help maintain smooth kitchen operations and deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare garnishes and additional sides that accompany each plate. Present food orders to guests, clearly communicating menu item names. Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Stay informed about current menu offerings, daily specials, and availability of items. Address and fulfill customer requests promptly. Maintain excellent communication with servers to enhance guest satisfaction. Why Join Enrique's Team?
