Overview We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell upon departure
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary Qualifications
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems and guest services
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food service procedures is a plus
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience in a hotel setting is beneficial
• Strong willingness to assist others and provide exceptional service
• Proficient in phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
