Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, professional, organized, and detail-oriented Host/Hostess to create a welcoming first impression for our guests. The Host/Hostess will greet guests, manage seating arrangements, maintain accurate waitlists, and ensure the front-of-house area is clean, neat, and presentable at all times. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly. Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions professionally. Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed. Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain an efficient flow of service. Keep the host stand, entrance, and front-of-house areas clean, neat, and organized. Maintain a professional, well-groomed, and clean appearance at all times. Monitor table availability and help balance seating throughout the restaurant. Ensure menus and other guest materials are clean and properly organized. Handle guest concerns courteously and involve management when necessary. Assist with cleaning and other front-of-house duties as needed. Follow all restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards. Qualifications Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, neatness, and a professional appearance. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy periods. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to move through a busy restaurant environment safely. Ability to occasionally carry menus, supplies, or other light items. Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 35.0 per week
