We are looking for a friendly, professional, and outgoing Host/Greeter to join our front-of-house team. Position Summary As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Host/Greeter plays an important role in creating the MRBL experience. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, confident communicating with guests, and able to remain composed in a busy restaurant environment. Responsibilities Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave Manage reservations, walk-ins, and the restaurant waitlist Seat guests efficiently while following the restaurant's seating plan Answer phones and assist guests with reservation questions Communicate reservation notes and special requests to the appropriate team members Maintain an organized and professional host stand and entrance Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other team members throughout service Assist with preparing menus and other front-of-house duties as needed Help ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable interacting with guests in person and over the phone Ability to stay organized and composed during busy periods Availability to work evenings and weekends Why Work With Us Team-oriented and respectful work environment Opportunity to gain experience in a high-end restaurant Opportunities for growth into other front-of-house positions Shift meals provided Flexible scheduling Closed major holidays including July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day Apply through Indeed to join the MRBL team.
